Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Order processing is not included in delivery time.

When will my order be delivered?

USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for delivery, depending on your location. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. For a delivery map, visit usps.com.

Why is "Local Pickup" my only shipping option?

If your total order weighs more than 13lbs, you’ll only see “Local Pickup - Brunswick, ME” as your shipping option during checkout. Please contact us directly if you have a large order and we’ll set up custom shipping for you.

How many products can fit in a box?

Here are some examples of what fits in our shipping options:

Example #1: Light Shipping (0.5-4lbs) - $15
  • 2 - 8.45oz syrup bottles
  • 1 - 3.45oz syrup bottle OR 1 - maple cream
Example #2: Medium Shipping (4.01-9lbs) - $20
  • 3 - 8.45oz syrup bottles
  • 1 - 3.45oz syrup bottle
  • 4 - maple creams
Example #3: Heavy Shipping (9-13lbs) - $50
  • 6 - 8.45oz syrup bottles
  • 5 - 3.45oz syrup bottles

    Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    At Cooke’s Maple Farm, we want you to be satisfied with your products and we will promptly handle any issues concerning damaged, unsatisfactory, or unwanted returnable items.  If you receive a product from Cooke’s Maple Farm that has been damaged in transit please take some pictures of the damaged item, send them to us, and we will replace the damaged goods or refund your money.  

    If for any reason you are unsatisfied or no longer want an unopened product please contact us and we will work on resolving the issue and refunding your purchase price. Unwanted, unopened products must be returned to Cooke’s Maple Farm at the buyer's expense and received undamaged.  If you are return shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
